Applicant(s) must provide proof of income including paystubs and W2s indicating they are able to afford the monthly rental payment.

Applicant(s) must have at least 24 months of continuous employment at the same employer, or seamless job history for a time period minimum of 24 months.

Applicant(s) must pass a rental background and criminal background check.

Applicant(s) must pass a credit check; credit report must be free of derogatory accounts, delinquencies, foreclosures, or any other negative information furnished by the 3 major credit reporting bureaus.

Applicant(s) family size must not exceed the maximum number of occupants for a unit based upon number of bedrooms and ZPH operating guidelines.

All applicants over the age of 18 residing in the unit must apply.

Applicant(s) must meet the criteria outlined in any ZPH promotions to qualify for the incentive.
